Caitlyn was born and raised in Modesto, California, where she actively sold Real Estate for nearly 5 years. There she gained a lot of problem solving and negotiating skills due to the fast-paced foreclosure market in the area. She also completed countless “Brokers Price Opinions,” for banks, asset management companies and mortgage insurance companies, meaning she became very familiar with correctly pricing properties. Caitlyn also specialized in working with first-time homebuyers because there was such a great opportunity for them to become a part of the dream of homeownership. She also became an accredited “Short Sale Foreclosure Resource,” as she believes that keeping herself educated is the key to being able to service her clients to the fullest.
Caitlyn was very active in her community, having involvement with both Habitat for Humanity and Relay for Life. She was also a part of an international networking group known as B.N.I., and later became co-founder of a local networking group where she held a position as Secretary.
Caitlyn, her husband and children would regularly visit their large family in Morgantown, West Virginia and soon began falling in love with the area. In early 2012 they decided to make the cross country move, and are now here to stay. Caitlyn’s love for Real Estate left her with no doubts about career choices once arriving in West Virginia.
Caitlyn enjoys getting to know her clients and educating them, as she believes that knowledge leads to better decision making and happier clients. Her goal is to have a business built on referrals and life-long repeat clients.
