Born and raised in Bay Village, Ohio, Cate brings integrity, professionalism, and a personable nature to Howard Hanna, specializing in Cleveland’s western suburbs. Caitlin attended both The Ohio State University and Cleveland State University and has a background in Fine Arts and Design. Originally licensed as a full-time commercial agent for her family’s commercial real estate firm, Cate has had a hand in almost every aspect of a brokerage including agent service coordinating, graphic design, marketing, contract work, and even assisting in accounting.
