Beth Warren is always smiling, energetic, compassionate and has a desire to serve others.  She has a tenacious work ethic, trustworthy and possesses both the emotional intelligence and the professional poise that is critical to be successful in this field. 

Beth is a Charlotte, North Carolina native, born and raised in the Belmont/Mount Holly area.  Growing up her father was in the business of building, remodeling homes and new construction, real estate and viewing homes became a part of her life early on.  After attending Wingate University with a business/human resources concentration, she was a Human Resources manager for a large multi-specialty medical practice for 13 years before making the decision to stay at home raising her three girls.  While her children attended Union County schools, she volunteered in the school system in several positions and served as President of the PTO in several schools for many consecutive years.  She has developed a remarkable reputation amongst those who know her as a compassionate, trustworthy friend.

She started her career in real estate in 2018 by working as an office manager, managing and training real estate agents, which led to her passion to study real estate further and become a real estate agent herself in May, 2023. 

When she is not helping others, she spends her weekends at dance competitions watching her daughters do what they love, dancing.  Or you can find her at a school game watching her daughters cheer.  Enjoys creative crafts, designing, decorating, travel, being a dance and cheer mom as well as photography.

She fully embraces the rising prevalence of technology in this industry and recognizes how it helps her clients assess the market in real-time. Beth’s technological savvy, attentiveness to client needs, extensive market knowledge, and passion for marketing gives her an edge and guarantees optimal results.
