April Gunder Associate Broker
The joy in finding a perfect property for a buyer or helping a seller traverse the art of selling is what has driven April Gunder in her real estate career, as a multimillion dollar producer for 23 years in southeast Michigan. She furthered her education to become an Associate Broker in 2008. Having had the opportunity to work in the many changes of marketplace from year to year, she is very aware of the ebb & flow of real estate sales. Her experiences have shaped her into being able to guide her seller to obtain the highest price for their property. In turn, her tenacity has provided her to become very experienced in navigating the buying process. By carefully listening to her clients needs, hopes and expectations, her sales continue to grow year by year. As a result of her persistence, ninety percent of her business comes from word of mouth referrals.
