Angela Lozowski

Hi, I’m Angela!  I’ve lived in Charlotte for the past 18 years.  I grew up in New Bern on North Carolina’s east coast and traded small town living for the city life to attend Queens University.  I spent my 4 years at college studying studio art and international studies, traveling to Chile and Peru, and interning with Arts For Life, a non-profit organization formally ran at Novant Health Hemby Children’s Hospital.  After graduating, I never did put that bachelor’s degree to use, but I did have some formative years working in the hospitality industry.  A Southend gastropub, The Liberty, which has since closed its doors, holds some of my best and most important memories and I am grateful every day I was able to be a part of that establishment.

In the most recent 10 years I maintained a legal profession as a NC Certified Paralegal specializing in personal injury law.  I oversaw injury cases from inception to settlement as well as those that went into civil litigation.  I maintained consistent communication with clients, auto repair shops, medical providers, insurance representatives, attorneys, and court clerks in order to keep the annual roster of over 100+ cases on track and moving forward.  My legal career would not have been possible without meticulous attention to detail, initiative, and genuine care for people.  I know you’re probably thinking, gosh, wasn’t I looking for a real estate agent, but if you’ve made it this far, stick with me. 

I like to think I’ve had a well-rounded professional life.  Whether I was helping a hungry diner decide what local craft beer would pair best with their burger or helping build a case for someone injured in a car crash, I find myself always helping people.  It has always been my job to listen, engage, consider, evaluate, and advocate for people, and that is exactly what I will continue to do now as your real estate agent.

The Greater Charlotte area is perpetually evolving, much like me. Making the decision to leave my legal career and immerse myself in my own real estate business was a thoughtful yet grand decision.  I’m drawn to careers that impact people’s lives and offer services requiring specialized knowledge and personal connection.  I have bought and sold my own residential properties with real estate agents throughout my years in Charlotte.  I know what it’s like to be the client in the transaction and working with someone who genuinely cares about your needs is essential.  As your licensed real estate agent I will be there to provide you with knowledgeable guidance, unwavering support, and a little humor from our first meeting to the closing table.
