Anca spent the last 15 years in Gaston County and Charlotte Metro gaining extensive knowledge of the area, its attractions, and the local real estate market. She has previously worked in marketing and business development, and has volunteered for numerous organizations, leading committees and projects.

Problem solver and personable by nature, Anca is relentless in finding solutions for her clients' real estate needs. Whether they are sellers or buyers, first timers or seasoned home owners, she will guide them through every step of transaction. 

As seller's agent:

• Performs comparable market analysis (CMA) to establish and negotiate selling price

• Develops customized marketing plans to promote the client's home

• Guides the sellers in preparing their home for the sale

As buyer's agent:

• Conducts comprehensive market analysis to locate the right home and negotiate the right price

• Connects clients with expert professionals during transactions

• Helps clients evaluate and secure financing

Dedicated to her clients, she ensures that the home will match not only their housing needs, but also their lifestyle. She continues coaching them during the home ownership years by advising them on strategies to preserve and increase their property value.

Originally from Romania, Anca calls Gastonia home now, where she lives with her husband Cristian, and their two lovely daughters, Brianna and Alexandra. Although her extensive family lives in Europe she has built an amazing network of friends that she considers her ’adoptive’ family. Anca and her family love to travel throughout the US and internationally, they enjoy outdoors activities together, and are actively involved in their local church, the girls' schools, and other non-profit organizations.
