Amber Carter

Amber Carter joined Howard Hanna Real Estate following a rewarding 16-year journey in nursing, which included a decade as a Licensed Practical Nurse and six years as a Registered Nurse.  Much of her medical career was devoted to caring for patients within Riverside Health System, where she continues to make a meaningful impact in the nursing field.

Born and raised in Virginia, Amber has a deep understanding of the state's unique dynamics, with a particular focus on the Hampton Roads region.

Amber quickly excelled in her new profession, carrying the distinguished title of Realtor as a proud member of the National Association of REALTORS®. Bringing the same compassion and commitment from nursing, Amber now channels her skills into real estate. She not only assists clients with buying and selling homes but also specializes in investment properties, first time home buyers, supporting military families through relocations, and navigating intricate situations with patience and care.
