With a diverse professional background spanning finance, technology, healthcare, and service industries, Alison brings a wealth of marketing and business management acumen essential in real estate and growing businesses.  She began her real estate career in 2009, navigating the complexities of a market recovering from the economic downturn. Through this experience, she learned invaluable lessons in resilience, adaptability, and the importance of being client-focused during challenging times. This shaped her approach to real estate, teaching her how to anticipate market shifts, leverage creative solutions, and build strong relationships, all essential for long-term success.

Originally from Fairfield County, Connecticut, Alison has made North Carolina her home for over 30 years, living in both the Lake Norman area and Charlotte’s vibrant SouthEnd.  This dual residency gives her unique insight and a distinct advantage of personal knowledge about investing in these Charlotte micro markets. Alison is a seasoned and accomplished real estate professional with a proven track record of helping buyers and sellers exceed their real estate goals. Her expertise spans luxury clientele, supported by extensive transactional experience and a strong ability to negotiate across all price points.

Personally, Alison values spending quality time with her two kids, family, friends, and her mini-Bernedoodle. She enjoys music, art, yoga, golf, boating, and exploring new destinations.
