Alicia Ruggiero Bochi RE SALESPERSON
Before joining Elegran, Alicia served as Associate Director of Development for the McIntire School of Business at the University of Virginia. In her role at UVA, Alicia was responsible for fostering alumni relationships in NYC and throughout the Northeast Corridor. Before that, she helped build an alumni program at Sotheby's Institute of Art.
Alicia's expertise in the art world is an asset to her clients. She has a keen eye for detail, which comes in handy when assessing a property's potential. Her experience in dynamic, top-level positions gives her an edge in negotiations, teamwork, and exceptional client care. With nearly 30 years of living in NYC, Alicia knows the city intimately and always keeps a finger on the pulse of NYC real estate. She shares her wealth of knowledge with her clients, guiding them carefully through the journey of finding their dream homes, whether they're looking to rent, sell, or buy their first or tenth property.
Alicia currently resides in the Upper East Side after having lived in the Village and Chelsea. In her spare time, she enjoys biking in Central Park or cycling indoors on her Peloton. She also volunteers frequently for God's Love We Deliver, a local organization that provides medically tailored meals for the homebound in and around New York City. She's eternally optimistic, empathetic, and always available, which makes her an excellent resource and a trusted advisor in NYC's ever-changing real estate landscape.
