Al is Vice President & General Manager for the Capital Region offices of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. Al has an MBA and is a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB). He has been in his current position since December 2001 and prior to that was the Senior Vice President & Senior Lending Officer for a local bank.
Al enjoys working with both experienced and new agents to the business! Helping existing agents grow and develop their business is something that he loves the challenge of. He has helped guide a number of sales associates so that they could achieve their real estate goals. He also has a tremendous amount of experience in helping to foster team growth within the organization and he has helped many teams achieve production levels of $10 to $50 million in annual production.
With sales associates new to the business the opportunity to watch them grow and flourish is exciting. Developing business plans, helping them to understand our unique products and services are areas that Al enjoys communicating to new agents. In 2017 the Capital Region welcomed almost 100 new agents and while many are extremely successful, two of the new agents had exemplary years, achieving $6.0 million and $8.0 million in sales volume
