I’m Amy McConnell-Ecrement, an award-winning Realtor®, Sales Manager of the Howard Hanna Green Office, and a passionate advocate for both clients and the real estate professionals I serve. For the past 11 years, I’ve built my career in Stark and Summit Counties by blending high-level industry knowledge with a marketing-driven approach that helps people make confident, well-informed real estate decisions.

In addition to serving buyers and sellers throughout Massillon, Jackson Township, Canton, and surrounding communities, I’ve spent the last nine years in real estate leadership and seven years serving on the Stark Trumbull Area REALTORS® Board, including as President. I’m ABR-designated, DEI certified, and honored to have been named Women’s Council of Realtors® Realtor of the Year (2023) and STAR Realtor of the Year (2025). My involvement in association leadership and legislative advocacy gives me a unique, inside-out understanding of our industry—and allows me to better support clients, agents, and partners alike.

What drives me most is helping others succeed. Whether I’m guiding a client through a major life transition, mentoring agents, or supporting initiatives like the Children’s Free Care Fund, my focus is always on people first. Outside of real estate, I’m a proud football mom, an empty nester married to my best friend, and someone who feels most at home near the water or traveling to new places—especially when it involves good food, sunshine, or time with our grown kids.
