Katrina was born in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan but relocated to the Columbus area at the age of 4 while her mother attended Dental School at The Ohio State University. Katrina also attended and received her degree from OSU, and it was there that she realized her passion for real estate. She and her husband Matt purchased their first home at the age of 21 and after having been through the process, she realized the importance and need for education to buyers, and especially first time home buyers. Katrina spends the time up front preparing her clients for the current market so that they are educated, prepared, and have an edge in this exciting and ever changing market. Several major companies in Columbus also trust her as a preferred realtor to assist their employees who are being relocated to and from Central Ohio. She understands the importance of helping her clients in making the right decisions and values the trust that they place in her on one of the most important decisions that most people will ever make in their lives.

Katrina has been a licensed Realtor since 2006. In her first year, she was awarded "Rookie of the Year" in an office with well over 150 realtors. Since then, she has remained a top-producing and trusted confidant in the industry. In 2019, she was named one of the Top 10 Under 40 Columbus Realtors by the Young Professionals Network and is also a Certified Negotiation Expert. She currently resides in the Gahanna area with her husband and their two children.
