Eric Moulton

Eric strives to deliver excellence in everything he does, from being a husband, a father, a real estate professional, and consultant. Eric has an incredible talent for helping businesses thrive and enjoys the challenge of engaging in business. His experience in management, sales, customer service, and attention to detail was influenced by being involved in a family owned, full-service, landscape design, maintenance and nursery company, and he is no stranger to the value of hard work. Eric resides in Marysville, where he is an active member of the community, his church, and sitting board member on the Marysville City Board of Zoning Appeals. He is also deeply engaged in the Delaware community where he owns a successful business, as well as being an active member of the Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce, and an active member of The Delaware County Board of Realtors. Eric has been active in the Real Estate Industry for 30 years.  He has an extensive area of knowledge and real estate expertise and is ready to help others in their pursuit, and dream of owning a home!
