I'm here to help!

Welcome! Thank you for visiting my website. I am excited for you to get to know me. I don't view being a Realtor as just being a salesperson, depending on the client, my role may vary. Some clients find the process emotional and need a counselor and more guidance, while some want strictly a professional opinion. I am here to meet all of your real estate needs and I take my role very seriously. I know that buying and/or selling a home can be very stressful. It is my job to listen carefully to what your wants and needs are in order for me to guide you towards your goal. While there are times when I need to be frank and honest rather than just tell you what you want to hear, don't worry, along the way we'll still have a lot of fun. I've made a lot of new friends over my career and hope you can be the next. I look forward to speaking with you in person.

Home Inspection Information

What Is a Home Inspection

Home inspections are used to provide an opportunity for a buyer to identify any major issues with a home prior to closing. It will include any significant building defects or problems such as rising damp, movement in the walls (cracking), safety hazards or a faulty roof. It is usually carried out before you exchange sale contracts so you can identify problems which, if left unchecked, could prove costly to repair.

The inspection is a very important part of a home purchase and it is highly recommended that buyers negotiate a private inspection period in their purchase agreement allowing them to hire a qualified inspector.

The above is a list of past recommended inspectors and if for informational purposes only.  It is highly encouraged buyers independently fully investigate their chosen inspection company and or inspector.  The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) is another resource for a list of home inspectors in your area and answers to a variety of questions.
