Karen’s goal as a Realtor is to help her sellers get top dollar for their properties and to help her buyers find properties they are excited about.  She enjoys negotiating for her clients and knowing they got the most they could from every deal.  Knowing  the ins and outs of Real Estate allows Karen to guide her clients through every step of  the transaction.
