I grew up on the west side of Cleveland where I currently live and I love my community. I worked as Executive Director of the Rocky River Chamber of Commerce for ten years before my career in real estate. During that time I increased membership in the Chamber from 250 to 400 members, produced quality events and proudly left it with a strong reputation as one of the best networking organizations in Cleveland. Now I’m thrilled to work for one of the top real estate offices in Ohio!
I love baseball and am a lifelong diehard fan of the Cleveland Indians!
Services I Provide for Buyers and Sellers
If you're purchasing a new home, I'll help you find one that meets your needs and complements your lifestyle. I will:
- Work on your behalf to streamline your home search, first expanding your choices, then helping you narrow the field.
- Research "comparable properties to determine a fair price and terms.
- Prepare your Purchase Agreement and accompanying documents.
- Negotiate for the price terms and conditions that are agreeable to you.
- Follow up with your mortgage lender, the title company, the seller's agent and others until the house is yours.
If you're selling a home, I will:
- Help establish a reasonable selling price for your home within its fair market value.
- Market your home through the Multiple Listing Service.
- Counsel you on the visual presentation of your property and suggest ways to enhance its marketability.
- Coordinate the advertising of your home.
- Pre-qualify buyers when possible.
- Coordinate the details of your closing with all parties involved.

Got Stuff? One of the biggest challenges of moving or downsizing is how to get rid the things you no longer need. Remember that one person’s trash is another person’s treasure. There are many organizations where you can donate your items, besides Goodwill and Salvation Army. Some even give your items directly to people in need! Below is a list I created of organizations that accept donations. Please let me know of organizations that I can add to the list and check back for updates.
TIPS:
- Check the organization’s website or call the donation center to find out what they will and will not accept.
- If you’re delivering donated items, call the donation center to find out the exact location, hours and if they have a limit on the amount of items that can be delivered.
- Organizations want donated goods to be clean. Even if some of these items haven't been used or worn for a long time, wash clothing, linens and even stuffed animals. Wipe down things like pots and pans, games, and toys.
- Group similar things together to make it easier for the teams that are sorting through your items.
- Gather all parts, pairs or components that go together, like chargers and cords. Be sure to keep pairs of shoes together.
