"Finding the right real estate professional can be as challenging as buying / selling your home. But, when you do find the right one, the stress of the process is dramatically reduced. 

Breanna has been wonderful to work with while selling our first home and buying our second. She is responsive, pro-active and honest when it comes to the buying / selling process. 

We sold our home in Boardman, Ohio within a week of listing it for a nice profit, which, we know is not typical. However, my wife and I attribute this to Breanna's guidance on pricing our home for the current market, as well as showing it to the perfect buyer. She worked with us to get comfortable terms to pack up and move out as well, reducing our stress level. 

We continued working with Bree for the purchase of our new home in Canfield, Ohio. At times, we walked through homes that were not a right fit for us, but Bree was very patient with us showing us every home we requested. She also didn't hesitate to send us homes she thought would be a good fit for our growing family. The home we ended up buying was a suggestion by Bree knowing that it would be hitting the market. We fell in love with it and, again, with Bree's guidance were able to negotiate and close 12% under asking price. During the closing, she worked with us, the seller, and the bank to keep communication and the process moving. 

Bree was the second realtor we worked with in our home buying experience. The first time around, we felt like we did all the leg work with researching homes and the realtor was there just to let us in. With Bree, it was opposite and in two short months, we sold a home at profit and bought a home at an amazing price.
