John is a licensed Realtor with Howard Hanna Realtors approaching three decades of real estate experience, first licensed in 1991.  He has held the position of Branch Manager, Maumee-West from 11/01/2018 to present.

John has the added benefit of being supported by the award winning marketing department of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.  John also carries a Certified Residential Appraiser credential with the State of Ohio and the SRA Designation with the Appraisal Institute.  Governor Kasich has twice appointed John to the Ohio Real Estate Appraisal Board, during which time he has twice served as Board Chair.  This partnership of marketing and valuation expertise gives Mr. McIntyre an advantage when servicing his relocation and exquisite property clients.
