As a Wife, Mother and transferee from Dallas, Texas, Julie is well acquainted with what is involved in making a move from across the country, or just around the corner, and takes her clients through the process step by step. Julie comes to Howard Hanna with a background in retail management and the staffing and title industries. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University, an active member of the North Royalton High School PTA, and has been a volunteer driver for Meals on Wheels. Julie resides in Broadview Heights with her husband and daughter.

Julie was very attentive to what I was looking for as a home buyer. She remembered comments I would make in each home and used those little details as we sorted through listings. Julie is fantastic. I was only looking for a rental but she helped me just as she would any client and I felt comfortable with her as if she was a friend I've known for a long time. She was very professional and quick to respond, in fact she generally got to me first. She didn't waste my time and only showed me homes that she felt would fit my needs instead of wasting my time on homes outside of my parameters. I told her then that I will refer her to anyone I know that needs a realtor and I will definitely look her up for my home purchase.

My husband and I were first-time homebuyers with A LOT of questions and nerves. Julie was everything we could have hoped for and more. She was always patient with us, proactive and helpful. Our "wish list" changed so many times in terms of location, home features and styles, but Julie always rolled with it and did everything she could to find great options for us. When we finally closed on our home after nearly five months of searching (we were very particular about what we wanted), Julie was the ultimate support system. She made herself available at all times to answer our questions and really educate us on the whole process from start to finish. We've been in our home now for almost a month and still keep in touch with her. She is trustworthy, knowledgeable, personable and exudes a whatever-it-takes attitude. It's clear that she truly cares about (and enjoys) what she does. I would highly recommend her!
