I’m Jeff Klemenko, a high-energy Property Manager fueled by compassion, organization, strong coffee, and a desire to succeed. My goal is to give landlords and tenants the best possible rental experience.

Originally from Stony Brook, NY, I enjoyed a typical childhood that included scouting, water sports, academics, and a strong “work hard; play hard” philosophy instilled by my parents. 

In 1995, when I decided to leave New York, Virginia Beach was an easy transition with its proximity to the ocean, the job opportunities, and the hustle and bustle of a Vacation Town.  It was here that I developed my appreciation for investment property and the real estate industry.  

I pride myself on organization, good communication, and staying abreast of the latest Real Estate trends. In my spare time, I enjoy boating and travel.
