Nancy Evans began her real estate career as a Realtor® with William E. Wood and Associates, which in 2014 evolved to Howard Hanna Real Estate. After five years in sales, Nancy was recognized as someone suited for management. Thrilled with the opportunity, she earned her broker’s license and transitioned into management, leading offices for nearly three decades. Her leadership was marked by a commitment to mentoring agents and fostering growth through patience, guidance, and market expertise.
Following her long and rewarding tenure in management, Nancy made the decision to return to her original passion, working directly with clients in real estate sales. She now applies the same skills she once taught: pricing strategy, negotiation, and marketing in order to help buyers and sellers navigate the Hampton Roads market with confidence and care.
