Real estate is my passion and has been since I obtained my license back in January 1989, just shy of 25 years old. Since then, our local market has seen tremendous ups and downs – the market crash of 2008, a global pandemic in 2020, and more currently, historic low inventory.

Here are a few of my personal real estate benchmarks from these past few years:

• Specialized in residential resale through the spring of 1995
• Concentrated on New Homes sales and builder representation from 1995-2015
• Achieved my Broker’s license in May 2019
• Named Managing Broker of Howard Hanna Town Center in March 2020
• Maintained as Assistant Manager of the Howard Hanna New Homes Division
  

My current passion is focusing on the Realtors of the Town Center office in Virginia Beach, VA as well as the New Homes Division, which is also based out of Virginia Beach, VA. I enjoy helping both groups reach their goals, as the Town Center office and New Homes Division contribute to the overall success of Howard Hanna Southeast.

Linking arms with the right people is often the most important ingredient for success. I lead the Town Center office with collaboration, innovation, problem solving, strong leadership, tips for new agents, and a positive office culture.
