Helped me sell a home
I spoke with Natalie one year before I put my house on the market. She gave me updates on comps in my neighborhood monthly. When we actually put a for sale sign in the yard, we had an offer immediately. I was residing "out of state" so it was very important to have an agent who was honest, had superior knowledge of the area, and would return calls and emails in a timely fashion. Helped me sell a home
Natalie helped sell our condo in a little over a month and right at the price we wanted! She did a lot of research to help us price the condo, held open houses just about every weekend and even some weekdays, and helped us get multiple showings every week it was on the market. She is diligent!

Helped me buy a home
