A native of Toledo, OH, Steve has been a part of the Charlottesville community for nearly 35 years.  He initially founded his own brokerage in 2023 to serve both commercial and residential clients. Prior to turning his focus to residential real estate sales, Steve was Vice President of Global Procurement and Corporate Real Estate for global engineering firm Cardno where he oversaw all real estate operations across 120 nationwide locations. He holds an MBA from James Madison University, and a BS in Operations Management from Miami University, in Oxford, OH. He and his wife Teresa, a native of Charlottesville, live in Cascadia, in the Pantops area of Albemarle County.
