Real estate has always felt like home. Colleen’s father worked for many years as a respected real estate attorney and title company owner, and summers home from college were spent helping assemble closing packages and paperwork. While the behind-the-scenes details were educational, it was closing day itself—the excitement, the emotion, and the joy of helping families move into a new chapter—that truly sparked her passion for the industry.

Colleen started riding horses at a young age in the Keswick area. She has an understanding of many disciplines and even spent a brief stint out west working as a wrangler on a dude ranch. Colleen offers clients a rare level of firsthand farm expertise. She has owned and operated smaller personal farms and has helped develop and run large-scale boarding and training facilities, giving her practical knowledge that goes far beyond acreage and barn counts. From thoughtful farm layouts and pasture management to daily efficiency, she understands what equestrians truly need when searching for the right property!

Before transitioning into real estate full-time, Colleen also worked in luxury vacation rentals, traveling extensively and experiencing some of the country’s most exceptional homes and destinations. That experience shaped her appreciation for architecture, lifestyle, and the way a home can create meaningful experiences and memories. Helping families find the perfect vacation retreat naturally evolved into helping them find the place where they would build their lives, raise their families, and put down roots.
