Kim Johnson

Kim has been representing both buyers and sellers in the Charlottesville and surrounding areas since 2005. She loves helping first time buyers and is always educating her clients in areas of finance and budgeting plus she has an extensive knowledge of construction practices.

No matter the level of sale, Kimberly treats all her clients with respect and dignity.  She understands that buying and selling a home is extremely stressful, surrounding herself with a team of experts that help take some of the stress off of her clients.  She does her best to assure that the experience is enjoyable and her clients can look back on such a huge life event with joy.

Born in Arizona, Kimberly has lived in Virginia for 30 years. She has two children and one grandson.  She enjoys cooking, camping, fishing and riding her Harley.  Kimberly is very involved with Habitat for Humanity, Helping Hands, Mission Serve and her church. Going to Puerto Rico in June 2018, to rebuild homes from the hurricane was a life changing event for her she has pledged to continue disaster relief work every chance she gets.
