Originally, I asked Annalisa if she could help me find a rental and she thought I should buy instead of rent. As you know, through a messy separation, a bankruptcy, losing my home, etc…. I didn’t believe that I could even qualify for a home. Of course, Annalisa hooked me up with Atlantic Bay and that’s when Marcie took over. I was quite shocked that I prequalified, but was very happy that I did. Once that was behind us, we spent a Saturday looking at homes and I became a bit discouraged with the process because of what I “wasn’t” feeling with any of the homes we looked at. Then Annalisa, doing what she does best, found “My” home on the first day it went on the market. She wasted no time in setting up the appointment for the next day and as soon as I walked in, I knew it was mine!

So….here we are a few weeks later and it truly is mine. I wanted you to know that while I realize this is what you do, I also realize that there is a lot of work that goes into fulfilling a new homeowners dream and I truly appreciate the work you both put into this. There were some concessions involved as well and I wanted to acknowledge and thank you for that as well! You ladies are amazing and I honestly feel like you cared about me and looked out for my best interest throughout the entire process.
