Erin Zarate has been working in the real estate industry since 2018, falling in instant love with the process of helping people buy and sell their homes. In 2022 she decided to take her talent of bringing people together to the next level and become a licensed agent and Realtor. 

Erin boasts over 18 years of hands-on marketing experience, specializing in creating, promoting, executing, and maintaining marketing campaigns to support brands and marketing strategies. Born and raised in Medina, Ohio, she resides with her husband Martin and two sons, Parker and Miles, in Norfolk, Virginia. Erin graduated from Elon University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communications and a passion that drove a career in event planning, management, marketing, business development/ownership, and now Real Estate. 

Erin works hard and inspires others to do the same, all with a smile and a positive attitude. She adores the beach, coffee, working out, paddle-boarding the river, and having fun with her friends. She would love the opportunity to help you buy or sell your home!
