Hi!  Thank you for visiting my site!  To share a bit about myself, I will start with the fact that I was a biological science major and am not a writer.  I grew up in Michigan and South Carolina, graduating from Clemson in 1995.  From there, job opportunities have taken me to North Carolina, Florida, Colorado, Mexico and Virginia.  I have called Virginia home for about 19 years. 

Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember as my father was a successful Realtor for many years.  I became a licensed agent in Virginia in 1997 and a licensed agent in Florida in 2001.  I started working for Ford’s Colony Realty in 2012 and was their top producer in 2014, 2015 and 2018 before joining the Howard Hanna team and becoming partners with my brother, Steve Van Kirk.  Prior to working for Ford’s Colony realty, I worked for a marketing firm in Colorado and with a few different local construction companies.  I do love new construction and acted as my own general contractor when it came to building my home in Ford’s Colony. Real estate is what I live and breathe and I can't wait to help you achieve your dreams!
