My Mission Statement...
It is my goal to provide the highest quality of service. Whether you are an owner of a single family unit simply looking for a tenant placement, a landlord with a large multifamily building looking for a full service property manager, or someone that is new to town and is looking for a clean, well-managed property, I am here to serve you.
More about Melissa...
As a property manager, my number one priority is servicing my clients and I think the most important part of that service is being accessible and available. Some owners like to be in the loop about anything that is going on at their property, while others take a more hands off approach. I have worked with both types of owners, and will tailor my service to your needs. From qualifying potential tenants, to doing detailed move in photos, inspections of the property during tenancy, handling all maintenance issues, and finally to the move out inspection and security deposit disposition - we handle your property as if it is our own investment.
