Working with people is something I have always found to feel natural. Listening to others needs and finding a way to serve those needs has been a key to my success not only in real estate but also in relationships with others. I joke with my clients that I am not a salesman... I am a consultant. Real estate can be very complex at times and requires my knowledge of the industry to be wide but not always deep. I am consistently working to sharpen my craft and enhance my knowledge because real estate demands are always changing and evolving.
I am a native to Little Rock, Arkansas. And a proud graduate of James Madison University, where I received my BS in Heath Sciences. I found my way to Virginia by way of collegiate baseball where I played outfield and pitcher for the Dukes. It was at JMU where I found my beautiful bride, Carleigh. Carleigh was born and raised in Williamsburg, daughter to local agent and Tribe radio broadcaster Jay Colley. Carleigh and I have 3 beautiful children, Everleigh, Jolie, and Archer. We also have 2 dogs.
After graduating from JMU, I launched my career in sales at the #1 selling General Motors store in the nation. It was there I learned valuable lessons in the importance of customer service and customer satisfaction. I was awarded the Mark of Excellence from General Motors for Outstanding Product Knowledge and Customer Satisfaction both years I was there.
In my free time I enjoy hunting, fishing, kayaking, baseball as well as rec softball, and being involved with the church. I value integrity, hard work, and leading by example. I understands that a business is much more than a sale and a dollar. It is about developing lasting relationships and networking for the greater good of the community.

The best compliment I could receive is a referral. This is the basis for how I have built my residential real estate career. I strive to serve my clients the same way I would if I was helping my family. My foundational desires include communication, dedication, and integrity. I serve the Hampton Roads market with home base and office in Williamsburg.
I serve on the Williamsburg Area Association of Realtors as a Director on the Board of Directors. I have previously served as Vice President of the Williamsburg Multiple Listing Service. In 2024, I completed the Virginia Leadership Academy founded by the Virginia Association of Realtors to train local leadership to govern local associations. In an effort to elevate my real estate career and knowledge further, I obtained my Real Estate Broker's License in 2022.
