Back in 1986, when interest rates were at 16 percent, I became a Realtor. With interest rates so high I had to learn to be creative. Today there are other challenges in the market and my creative abilities have helped me overcome all obstacles. I have enhanced these abilities by becoming a Staging Professional and obtaining my ASP. Staged homes sell faster and at a higher dollar amount.

I am not part of a team of real estate agents but simply an individual agent, highly skilled and seasoned to provide your personal needs in real estate. For 15 years I have personally built or rehabilitated over 50 homes. This expertise adds an additional dimension to my abilities as a Realtor. Having to deal with planning, zoning, permitting and inspection officials in the cities of Norfolk and Virginia Beach, I have mastered the process of handling “red tape”.                                                                                                                          

When listing your home I can advise you on inexpensive cures to make your home more attractive. When purchasing a home, I can point out potential imperfections or corrections to be made to increase the functional ability of the home.

I am part of a military family and realize the importance of our young men and women’s sacrifices to protect our liberties.  I earned the designation of Military Relocation Professional to assist these brave men and women in obtaining their dream homes.
