John Davenport

John is a REALTOR and Real Estate Agent licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia, working with Howard Hanna William E. Wood in Williamsburg, VA.

After living in Northern Virginia as well Virginia's Northern Neck, John entered the field of public safety following school.  For over two decades, he has been grateful to have the opportunity to serve locally in the operations field of fire & rescue, where in addition to holding key positions in leadership, has served on local and state committees and participated in many initiatives to improve the quality of life for our citizens and visitors. 

Having grown up surrounded by the banking and mortgage industries, John developed his interest in real estate after the purchase of his first home in 1996.  Selling & buying several homes over the years, John has been influenced by the professionalism, dedication, and kindness of many of the real estate, mortgage, legal, and insurance experts with whom he has dealt.  John sees his career as a REALTOR as an opportunity to extend to his clients an exceptional level of integrity and service, making their sale and purchase of real estate a happy, positive, and rewarding experience.  He welcomes the opportunity to personally assist buyers and sellers throughout the region, as well as those seeking real estate throughout the world via Howard Hanna's extensive relocation & referral division.
