I am proud of having 3 years’ experience being a Realtor and Property Manager.  

I am excited and energized to work with anyone serious about renting out property.  Whether you are a seasoned veteran and just want to reach the next level of freedom by not having to self-manage or a first-time landlord that is treading lightly on the waters of renting and doesn’t know where to start.  I am thrilled to help as well as find ways to incorporate property rental into your investment and retirement strategy. 

I grew up in a military family and know it can be intimidating to uproot and move, even many times over!  I am lucky enough to have stayed in the Hampton Roads and D.C. areas for most of my life.  This area, as with any areas of the U.S. near Military bases, has a very reliable rental market.  Let me help you tap into the great opportunity of becoming a landlord!
