A long time resident of West Akron, I enjoy helping my clients throughout the home selling/buying experience.  Being a child of Air Force/Airline parents, I clearly understand the uneasiness or lack of control one might feel during this process.  I am here to help facilitate your way through the steps whether you are selling your home or buying new home.  This process is simplified even more because we have the Howard Hanna name and company behind us.

I have two boys who graduated from Archbishop Hoban High School, Kent State University, The Ohio State University, and my youngest son has graduated with his Law degree from Duke. They are both enjoying their lives on opposite sides of the country in Spokane, Washington and the other in New York City.

I have been involved with Home Staging for many years with various real estate companies.    Home Staging is the art of merchandising a home to showcase its best features to prospective buyers.  A well-staged home will allow buyers to envision themselves living in the home.  Staging helps to speed up sales in a sluggish market and can bump up prices 2% - 10% in a moderate market.
