First time home buyer? No Problem! I have a booklet I designed that is a great tool for resource on everything you need to know about the process including contact names and numbers!

Paperwork- I will guide you through all the paperwork needed in order to purchase a home. I will then make sure all that paperwork is shared with the proper parties of the contract (other agent, mortgage rep, and attorney!).

Inspections- I make sure everyone has access to the home in order to do the inspections required by the bank and or the buyer.

Guidance- I will guide you every step of the way in the process until the day you meet your attorney to sign the paperwork! If you ever have any questions, please feel free to ask! There are no dumb questions in Real Estate!!

Communication is the key- I will always keep in contact with you, your attorney and your bank to make sure there are no snags....if something should happen, I will do what I can to help resolve the issue!

Final WalkThru- This is my favorite part... walking through the house with you for the last time just before you sign the final documents with your attorney. We could also have a mini photo shoot if you wanted to save this date forever! I have many props!
