I have been in the business for 23 years. I graduated from College in 1992 with a Bachelor's of Business Degree, Majoring in Marketing.
Shortly after, I got my real estate license and have been selling home for friends, family and clients for the past 23 years. I have made some wonderful friends along the way!
Working closely with first time buyers, and handing them the key to their first home is a favorite part of my job!
Also, working with sellers who are loooking to sell their current home to move up to a larger home or down to a right size home home is always a rewarding experience. It is exciting to move along my clients lives with them as they grow from their first home to their forever home!
When I work with a client, it is not about the sale, for me. It is about working with them to find out their exact wants and needs, and working closely with them until they are handed the keys to their new home or happy to be moving onto their next destination.

Often there are also sensitive situations where someone needs to sell a home. Job losses, divorces, deciding to move to an assisted living environment, short sales, potential foreclosure, etc. I am very patient and understanding in these situations and will go at your pace, to ensure that you are heard along the way, and that your needs are met and understood.
