Born and raised in Chesterland, Ohio, I have been a licensed real estate professional for more than three decades. During my career, I have helped buyers and sellers successfully close more than 390 homes, including more than 220 homes throughout Geauga County and more than 120 homes in Chesterland alone.
That experience gives me an in-depth understanding of the Chesterland and Geauga County real estate markets that goes far beyond home values and comparable sales.
