14) I have utilized Mary's expertise in the past and she sold my previous home for me in 2013. She was very helpful and responsive when we wanted to view homes and in scheduling the showings. She provided us with helpful information as well during the showings such as conditions of systems in the house, neighborhood info, etc. Once we decided on the home we wanted to purchase, Mary negotiated on our behalf to get us what we felt was a fair price as well as agreed upon repairs from the owner.
