Michael Richter is a full-time Realtor with more than two decades of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate markets of Chester, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, and Philadelphia counties. Since 2001, Michael has guided hundreds of clients through the complexities of buying and selling homes in communities such as Phoenixville, Collegeville, Royersford, Malvern, Downingtown, and the surrounding school districts such as Great Valley, Phoenixville, Downingtown.

Why just 5 stars? I have known Mike since about 2007,
when I had recently divorced and set out to buy my first home as a
single person. Mike helped me navigate through a housing market that
was about to crash. Through his expertise I ended up building a
townhome in a community in an area that never suffered in value during
that whole time period. Ten years later, when my circumstances
presented a relocation, I decided to sell my townhouse on my own because
the market was so hot....and I needed every dollar I could get because
of my employment circumstances. Mike supported my decision which was
shocking to me and clearly showed me his integrity and understanding.
He offered to do the paperwork for a small percentage if I needed it. I
was relocating so there wasn't even a purchase transaction involved.
However, 6 months later after a failed relocation attempt and my desire
to return to Chester county, Mike helped me find that perfect house in
"you know, that neighborhood with the horses in it?" or Summerfield at
Elverson. Life changed again when I remarried and my husband, a
disabled vet, needed one floor living. Mike showed us house after house
in a crazy COVID real estate market and we lost out on bid after bid to
cash buyers. Desperation kind of sets in after the first year of
looking, and the fun goes out of trying to find THE house. But, Mike
stayed with us, stayed at it, and I have to say I think really felt our
pain with us. Finally, after a two year search, a neighbor a few doors
down in Summerfield put their house on the market for sale by owner. We
listed our then current Summerfield home with Mike who sold it within
the weekend he listed it. His marketing of our home was topnotch with
tons of professional pictures.
And, undeterred by our purchasing a
FSBO, he handled the paperwork and more for us.
Mike is professional, compassionate, filled with integrity, passionate
about helping people, and always willing to go the extra mile. That's
why the value of working with him cannot be expressed in just five
