After the inspection, we decided not to move forward with the home and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about getting our deposit back. In July 2022, we found a property that already accepted an offer, but was accepting backup offers. We were new to the backup offer process and she was so patient and helpful answering all of our questions through that time. She was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs.
