I'm Brad Stancombe, a seasoned real estate professional with a passion for the Michiana region. After relocating to South Bend in 1978, I’ve built a deep connection to the area, covering South Bend, Granger, Mishawaka, Osceola, North Liberty, and Walkerton. I bring over eight years of experience from Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group to my new role at Howard Hanna SB Real Estate.

My real estate journey began with hands-on construction experience and a curiosity for new building products. I’m always exploring the latest trends and techniques in construction, offering clients comprehensive insights into their property investments.

My 37-year career at UPS gave me an in-depth familiarity with the region's neighborhoods, allowing me to guide clients toward communities that feel like home.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending my time with my two children and grandchildren. I’m also an avid golfer and love the outdoors, from hitting the green to tackling yard work. I’m committed to making every real estate transaction seamless and rewarding for my clients, blending my local expertise with a genuine passion for the Michiana lifestyle.
