Hello, my name is Laurel Tokarczyk, and I’m here to help you with all of your real estate needs! Whether to confidently sell your current residence, or find you the home you’ve always dreamed of, you can put your trust in me. I have a very diverse background that uniquely positions me to not only provide a smooth and thorough transaction, but I’ll do so with the upmost care and constant consideration.

Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, I’ve worked cumulatively for over ten years in the service industry, both waitressing and as a lead bartender at family owned and operated establishments. Doing so, I’ve worn multiple hats to help create a welcoming atmosphere and to leave guests feeling happy, and coming back time and time again. Additionally, I also worked for six years in online education. Again, wearing multiple hats, I spent the bulk of that time as a Project Manager and Quality Assurance Analyst. These roles helped me to fine-tune my ability to juggle various moving parts to create polished final products that exceeded client expectations. I’ve written and executed contracts, worked directly as a Client Relations Specialist to communicate needs, and goals, and was consistently used as the final set of eyes to review all finished products and documents for accuracy, style, consistency, and effectiveness.   

My ability to communicate actively and efficiently, both in a professional office environment and laid-back restaurant setting has given me the ability to manage teams of Subject Matter Experts, as well as the power to entertain, inform, and keep a bar running smoothly and effectively through the busiest nights, from open to close. In both settings, my adaptability and eagerness to constantly learn and grow has helped both business structures to remain competitive, and I plan to constantly strive to bring the same strategies to what will hopefully be a very long and fruitful career as a Realtor.
