Jane Bunch

Born and raised in the Upstate of South Carolina, Jane is a proud graduate of The College of Charleston. Following graduation, she and her husband moved to Anderson, SC where she launched her career in Pharmaceutical Sales. In 2006, her family relocated to Orlando, where Jane spent 11 years serving over 20 ministry departments at First Baptist Orlando—a vibrant 20,000-member community.

In 2018, Jane leveraged her extensive background in sales and client services to begin her full-time career in real estate. After 19 wonderful years living and serving clients in the Orlando area, she has recently moved back home to Upstate South Carolina. Now, licensed in both Florida and South Carolina, Jane provides specialized residential real estate services across both markets. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, actionable market insights, and unwavering commitment to client care—building a thriving, referral-based business grounded in trust and exceptional service.

Above all, Jane is a devoted wife, mother, and proud grandmother.  Her faith and her family— husband Jeff, son Griffin, daughter Emma and 3-year-old grandson, Weston —are the foundation of everything she does. Outside of real estate, you can find her enjoying beach days, boating on local lakes, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.
