Molly Calden

Molly Calden is a Davidson-based real estate agent serving Lake Norman and the greater Charlotte area. A 2025 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Go Spartans! Molly originally moved to North Carolina from Maine with her family in 2017 and has never looked back. She quickly fell in love with the area’s sense of community, lifestyle, and opportunity, which now fuels her passion for helping others find their place here.

Before entering real estate, Molly spent over eight years in the customer service industry, where she developed a natural ability to connect with people and create meaningful, lasting relationships. That same people-first mindset is at the heart of her real estate approach, ensuring every client feels supported, understood, and confident throughout the entire process.

Outside of real estate, Molly has a creative and entrepreneurial spirit. She is a musician with two original singles available on all streaming platforms and is also the owner of Fizz Factory, a mobile soda business she launched in 2025 as a fun and community-driven side venture. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her on the golf course enjoying the game, spending time outdoors with friends and family, or taking walks with her two dachshunds.

Molly is proud to partner with her mother, Nikki Calden, as part of Calden Home Connections. Together, they share a passion for connecting people to their forever homes and creating an experience that feels seamless, personal, and rewarding.
