Hello! I’m Viri, a dedicated real estate agent with Allen Tate’s Statesville office. As an Iredell County native, I have a deep appreciation for this community, and I am proud to be raising my two children to embrace and enjoy all that our town has to offer. 

Before transitioning into real estate, I served in many roles in the NC Army National Guard, with a primary focus on administrative and logistical operations. This experience sharpened my attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability. From the beaches of the East Coast to the Foothills of NC, I’ve trained in diverse environments, and I carry that versatility and adaptability into everything I do, especially when helping my clients navigate the world of real estate.

I take pride in my ability to listen and provide guidance with patience, kindness, and a calm demeanor. Whether you’re buying or selling, I’m committed to making the process smooth and enjoyable. Also, being fluent in Spanish enables me to serve a diverse range of clients, providing clear communication and a seamless experience throughout their real estate journey.
