Stacy Nickles Branch Leader & REALTOR®

Hello! I'm Stacy Nickles, and I'm thrilled to join Allen Tate Realtors® as the branch leader for the Greenville-Downtown office located at 323 Buncombe Street in Greenville, S.C. In this role, I oversee branch operations and lead a talented team of over 50 Realtors® and staff members.

With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, I bring a wealth of experience, knowledge and leadership skills to my position. For the past 19 years, I served as the branch leader for Howard Hanna Real Estate in both Parma Heights and North Royalton, Ohio. I am proud to hold the Residential Relocation Specialist designation, which highlights my expertise in helping clients with their moving needs.

Before embarking on my real estate career, I worked at the Berea Children’s Home Family Life Center. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Cleveland State University, which has equipped me with a unique understanding of family dynamics and the importance of finding the perfect home.

Community involvement has always been important to me. I served as a city council member in Parma Heights for seven years, where I worked on various initiatives to improve the community.

Originally from Parma Heights, Ohio, my husband Jeff and I recently relocated to South Carolina. We have three wonderful children and two grandchildren who bring immense joy to our lives. In my free time, I love trying new restaurants, vacationing, and spending quality time with my family.
