As a teacher, I helped shape the minds of future generations, instilling in them a passion for learning and growth. Later on, I decided to take my entrepreneurial spirit to the next level by starting my own retail needlework and gift shop in Dillsboro, NC - a quaint little mountain arts and crafts village that stole my heart. For over two decades, I poured my heart and soul into this unique business and even partnered with a local artist to create a thriving needlework design company on the side. But my love for design didn't stop there - after selling my beloved shop, I joined forces with a large furniture and design company, where I helped clients transform their spaces into stunning, personalized havens.
