Multi-generational native to Asheville and have called Black Mountain home since 1982. I spend my free time with my husband, Rick and our 130 pound mastiff, Dozer! We have seven children and four grandchildren that are a blessing. I enjoy anything that gets me outdoors including gardening, biking, hiking, and time on the water. I teach cycle classes at the YMCA weekly, am involved at Biltmore Church, and local community organizations. I began my career in real estate in 2002 because I enjoy helping people and the construction of homes.  I became an expert in New Home Communities which was a natural fit with my family owning a drywall company and having relationships with local builders. We have built and renovated several homes giving me an eye for changes that can create new spaces and make an existing home more functional. After working as a sales agent and broker in charge for a franchise company, I joined Beverly-Hanks in 2009. I have a passion for helping people find a home or land in the right location to meet their needs. My specialty is residential, new home, and land sales.
