Caroline is a licensed REALTOR® and works alongside her husband Jon. A true native of Mooresville, she combines a deep, lifelong familiarity with the local market and community with a highly organized and detail-oriented approach.

Her professional foundation is built on 15 years in nursing, a field demanding meticulous organization and compassionate care, having earned both an Associates Degree in Nursing (2010) and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing (2012) from Cabarrus College of Health Sciences. She now applies this structured expertise to real estate, where she is instrumental in marketing strategy, organizing critical listing and showing details, and managing the team's database. This background guarantees every client interaction with both her and Jon is handled with the highest level of care, organization, and precision.

Her dedication extends deeply into her personal life and community. Her husband, Jon, and she are active community members and devoted parents to three daughters: Oakley and twins Spencer and Murphy. Deeply invested in the local educational system and family support, she maintains strong community ties through active involvement: she is an active member of Williamsons Chapel UMC and serves in a leadership role at MomCo (Mothers of Preschoolers). Furthermore, she is actively involved with the Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) and volunteer at the preschool, staying connected with local schools and family needs.

When she isn't working or volunteering, she prioritizes time with her family. Her personal interests include enjoying travel, especially planning Disney adventures, and pursuing her passion for baking.
